First of all may be your order shipped in multiple shipments but don’t worry we will sent you tracking numbers and dispatch confirmation for each and every shipment.

We are trying to best that you’re all orders deliver above estimated delivery times but above estimated delivery time totally based on the acceptance of your order. For any other information about the position of your order you can contact us.

Currently we are shipping with below international destinations, In your final checkout payment all delivery costs are calculated included taxes and duties where possible.

  • How can I change my address?

Sorry to say, we are unable to change the address of the pre-placed order.  But, if your order is placed within 24 hours, it is possible to cancel it and use a different address instead. For any quires feel free to contact us. You can check the status of your order at any time on my account.

  • Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?

We provide our various international destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty) basis. It means that all in your final checkout all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes are included where possible. Once you have entered all the shipping information then applicable duty will be displayed. Kindly note if that information is not displayed at checkout you are responsible for paying these fees when you get your order.

  • How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched from our sides we will sent you a confirmation mail and tracking number. At any time you can check your delivery status through My Account. Sign in with account and click the order tab. Order will be updated with the courier tracking link, one clicked show your progress of your delivery.

 

  • When will i receive my pre-order?

Any items placed on the pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, which will be the date of sending the estimate from our distribution center. Please note, this is an estimate sender note and your actual delivery may be before or after the initial consultation. If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived in stock.

 

You can cancel the pre order at the point where your customer service team is contacted and your order is dispatched from our distribution center. When your pre order will be dispatched from our site you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and link to the courier’s site. You can check the status of your order online at any time through My Account.
